ShuvoRim Pvt. Ltd. Program License Agreement (SPLA)

   PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SPLA (ShuvoRim Pvt. Ltd. 
   Program License Agreement) BELOW VERY CAREFULLY. YOU 
   MUST AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
   MENTIONED IN THE SPLA (ShuvoRim Pvt. Ltd. Program 
   License Agreement) BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD, INSTALL AND 
   USE ANY PROGRAM DEVELOPED BY ShuvoRim Pvt. Ltd. BY 
   DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING AND USING ANY PROGRAM DEVELOPED 
   BY ShuvoRim Pvt. Ltd., YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED 
   TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SPLA (ShuvoRim Pvt. 
   Ltd. Program License Agreement).


1. ShuvoRim Pvt. Ltd. grants you to download, install 
   and use a single copy of the program without any cost.

2. Program developed by ShuvoRim Pvt. Ltd. may not use 
   directly for commercial purposes. However, it can be 
   redistributed with other commercial/non-commercial/open 
   source software packages. Source code of the program 
   should also redistributed along with the program or can 
   be obtained easily.

3. If program developed by ShuvoRim Pvt. Ltd. is 
   redistributed with other commercial/non-commercial/open 
   source software packages, they must bundle this SPLA "AS 
   IS" without any modification.

4. Program name, logo, and other related information may not 
   be modified or removed.

5. ShuvoRim Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable to the licensee or 
   any other users of the program for any damages or loss as 
   a result of downloading, installing and using the program.

6. This license agreement will automatically terminate upon a 
   material breach of its terms and conditions.
